Return Policy:

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at hello@pinelosangeles.com with photos if applicable.
If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be Pine Los Angeles' responsibility. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses.

Order Changes:

Order changes can potentially be made up until fulfillment has begun.
Order changes after the initial order confirmation are not guaranteed and will not be Pine Los Angeles' responsibility if unmet.
